Pizza dough

Ingredients

250ml lukewarm water
500g flour, type 405
10g yeast
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of sugar

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and olive oil in lukewarm water and add the salt. Then sift the flour, add it to the mixture and knead into a smooth dough.

Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 to 1.5 hours so that the dough can roughly double in size.

During the resting phase, the pizza toppings can be prepared as desired.

Preheat the oven to approx. 230 °C top/bottom heat.

Roll out the dough, add toppings as desired, bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy and then enjoy!
