Pesto rolls (yeast dough)

Ingredients
½ cube of fresh yeast
250 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp sugar
500 g flour type 550
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 egg yolk
Pesto as desired
Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast in the water together with the sugar and let it rise for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt and oil and knead into a smooth dough. Leave to rise in a warm place (oven 50° C) for 30 minutes.
- After the rising time, knead the dough again. Preheat the oven to 220° C top/bottom heat. Briefly beat the egg yolk in a bowl.
- Take small portions of dough, approx. 40 – 50 g, and roll into a ball and fill with a little pesto. Place in a hollow in the mold and brush with egg yolk (Egg yolk gives the rolls a nice shine. Brush carefully.)
- Bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
