Loaf bread with sesame seeds

Ingredients

500g whole wheat flour
500ml water
60g rye, whole grains
50g whole grain oat flakes
1 packet of yeast
½ tsp salt
4 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients well with the dough hook and put the dough into the greased loaf pan. Do not preheat the oven, but only set the oven to 220°C top and bottom heat (200°C fan oven) when you put the bread in and bake for around 70 minutes.
