Rye bread with sunflower seeds

Ingredients

250g rye flour type 1370
250g wheat flour type 550
250g spelt flour type 630
1.5 packets of dry yeast
1 heaped teaspoon of sugar
1 heaped teaspoon of salt
460ml warm water
150g sunflower seeds
100g sesame seeds

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well with the dough hook until everything is processed into a smooth dough. Then cover the dough and let it rise for at least 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C top/bottom heat (180°C fan oven). Put the dough in the greased tin and bake in the oven for around 40 minutes.
