Recipe for 3-piece set "Sensazione"

Ingredients

500g flour (type 00)
300ml water, lukewarm
1 pack of dry yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Knead all ingredients for 5 minutes. Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Divide into 3 equal-sized balls and roll out. Place “Sensazione” in 3 baking sheets, fold the edges and add toppings as desired. Bake at 230 °C for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the “Sensazione” pizza stacking set 180 °.
