Grilled Peaches

Ingredients

4 peaches (not too ripe)
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp honey
Rosemary, fresh
Salt / pepper

Preparation

Halve the peaches and remove the stones. Place the peach halves in a dish suitable for grilling. For example, you can use the deep enamel oven dish (3466-53) from c h g.

Now drizzle the peach halves with lemon juice and honey. Season with chopped fresh rosemary, salt and pepper.

Place the oven dish on the grill or in the preheated oven (at 180°C top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes until the peach halves are caramelized by the honey. Serve warm.

It goes well with vanilla ice cream or frozen yoghurt.
